Placing an Order

When your place an online order, we will place it on ‘hold’ temporarily until we verify stock availability and get an oral/telephonic confirmation from you to proceed. This will be almost instantaneous. After verification of your purchasing intent and stock availability, we will mark the order as ‘approved’, upon which you will receive a notification and then be redirected to a trusted and secure merchant banking portal where you can diverge your credit card information and place the order.

Only after this last step is the order deemed as ‘processed’. These steps are necessary to ensure your safety and our committment with regards to stock/inventory availability.

Payment Options

Electronic Cards

We accept Credit cards for all online payments, whether it be local or international. For local shipments only, we accept C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) and Bahrain issued Debit Cards. For international shipments, we accept all Credit Cards, inclusive of American Express. Electronic Bank Transfers or Money transfers such as Western Union and UAE Exchange.

Bank Transfer

We accept bank transfers: there will be a slight conversion rate that will apply, along with transfer charges and other correspondence charges (which the sender must bear), the amount must be transferred in full. If transfers are made from HSBC or SAAB, the charges in question will be very nominal.

Money Transfer

We also accept money transfers sent via Western Union and UAE Exchange.

Taqseet and Ijara Cards

We facilitate flexible, monthly payment schemes in liaison with Al Baraka Bank and Kuwait Finance House for Taqseet and Ijara card holders respectively.

Shipping Charges

LOCAL

The minimum value for local orders is BD 1.000, please refer to the below charges and conditions:

As described, the shipping for any item of 3 KG weight and below is free, but every subsequent KG of weight will incur a charge of 200 fils. If orders are below the minimum stipulated BD 15.000 of value, it incurs a charge of BD 0.600. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, a BD 1.000 is mandatory, regardless of the value of the order.

Local deliveries will be made by PostaPlus, delivery will be next business day.

As your checkout your shopping cart, our internal weight calculator will automatically determine the correct and exact payment options you will need to pay, depending on item wight, on your location (local or international) and shipping method (by air or by road). This is kept up to date with the changing logistics rate and is purely the shipping expense for the selected weight of your items only.

INTERNATIONAL

If you reside outside Bahrain, the automatically calculated charges do not cover for taxes and related handling charges imposed by customs in your country. For a detailed breakdown of basic shipping charges, observe the below:

Please note that road shipments to Kuwait may experience delays in customs. Air shipments to that country are suggested instead. However, this choice is at the discretion of the customer.

ADVANTIOnline.com shall not be liable or responsible for any extra charges imposed by customs. From our end, we include professional paperwork and certification to assist a smooth processing.

Delivery Timeline

We at ADVANTIOnline.com strive to ship your items upon receipt of payment as soon as possible, or within the next working day. As and when you shipment is picked by the logistic carrier of your choice, we will provide you with a tracking number for your reference.

For International Road shipments, it usually takes an estimated 3-7 business days, whereas with International Air shipments, delivery is most within 2 business days. For local shipments, delivery will be made the next business/working day.

Risk of Loss

Any damage or loss incurred during transit is out of ADVANTIOnline.com’s jurisdiction and liability. The liability in question falls on the courier. You agree that we will not be held accountable for any damages occurred after the shipment has left our premises.
