Q. What is ADVANTI?
A. We are a retailer and custom builder of high end performance gaming, enthusiast and workstation specialists in the Kingdom Of Bahrain. We are the authorized distributors of many of the internationally acclaimed and leading hardware component brands, such as ASUS, NVIDIA, Cooler Master, Mushkin, Intel, D-Link, AMD, Seagate and many more.
Q. Can I buy an entire system?
A. Yes, you can. Just choose the products you want, we will configure the entire system aided by our technical expertise and shape your dream PC just the way you want it. Or, if you require just a few random components, you can buy them off the shelf as well.
Q. Are there any charges for assembly?
Q. What is the quality of assembly?
A. Well, let’s just tell you how we build our systems. Once everything is put together, our skilled and experienced technicians will stress test the CPU, memory, GPU and hard drives for any possible manufacturing defects. The goes on for a full 24 hour period, and when everything passes, it is taken to the next stage. Air flow is evaluated and imported cable wraps from the US are used to improve wiring and cable management. After that, we install games and test them on maximum level settings, depending on the system configuration. In essence, every system we build is the way we build our own.
Q. How can I order?
A. If you are in the area, you are most welcome to drop by our showroom in the heart of the city. You can also place orders on our online website, where we will deliver your purchases via Aramex. If you reside in the GCC, shipping costs (usually a flat rate for up to 20 Kgs) apply along with the products and is not that expensive at all.
Q. How long does it take to deliver?
A. For residents in Bahrain, it’s usually the next working day after you have confirmed an order. You can place an online order on the website or call us to make one. For GCC customers, it’s usually 3 days to 1 week, subject to customs regulations of individual countries.
Q. I paid ADVANTI delivery charges, but I am still being charged extra by customs. Do you cover that?
A. No. Here at ADVANTI, we only charge you for what the logistics company charges us for the shipment, not a penny more. We do everything in our power to get you your goods delivered to you without being charged by customs, such as providing HS CODES (mandatory for customs) on the invoice; but we are ultimately not responsible if your country’s customs choose to charge you anyway.
Q. What about the warranty and RMA?
A. Here at ADVANTI, we have made quite a reputation for being honest and straight forward. We will adhere to the warranty period by either fixing your product or getting you a replacement for them. Replacements can be arranged within 1 to 3 weeks at most, for the more expensive and exclusive products. We even offer a special extended warranty on certain products, called the ADVANTI LIMITED WARRANTY. As always, replacements are subject to the terms and usage agreement as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

A. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, along with bank wire transfers and western union payments. Cash is the more preferred mode of payment, since credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge, as mandated by the banks.
Q. Do I incur any charges for future visits/upgrades?
A. No. In honouring our warranty period, any troubleshooting service, either technical or non-technical will incur zero labour cost. You only pay for the price of the commodity, where as the other support services are free. Even subsequent visits for service during the warranty period will be free.
Q. Will you buy my old system and offer exchanges?
A. No. We would love to, but the rate of technological development is so high in the hardware component industry, that seldom anything stays elite for more than a year at best. So for us to provide swaps and upgrades in exchange for old parts is not feasible. You can try posting your old products at our second hand trading website, http://classifieds.advantionline.com , where you can attract other potential buyers.
Q. How is the quality of service?
A. We have endured in this market not only as leaders in the best deals and products in town, but also as the guys who are fellow gamers and enthusiasts. We treat every system as our own; our technicians consider each system assembly as a work of art, and when there is a lot of love put into something, it definitely shows. Not only will our systems have an excellent performance average, but we will make you feel at home with every recurring visit, whether it is for purchase or help and treat you every time like the first time we did. Our fame is attributed to strong word-of-mouth, and we set a standard in customer service that has sadly been out of place in the region.
Q. What else do you make other than gaming systems?
A. Where do we begin! We engineer some of the finest workstations and servers for corporate clients; especially for digital content creation artists, in order to empower them to attain their maximum potential. So if you’re a designer, sound engineer or 3D animator, we will provide you with the best robust hardware that you require for uninterrupted performance and dependability. It is used to help us help you with technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, queries and other related topics. You can start tickets at our support section on the website.
Q. Will you over clock my PC for me?
A. Well, over clocking voids manufacturer warranty. It also carries a potential risk of damaging your hardware components. Therefore, we never over clock components for anyone, unless explicitly requested by the customer. For such a request, the customer must give us his written consent that we will not be held accountable for probable damages as a result of over clocking or the inability to achieve stability. Also, it carries an additional fee and a few days longer to complete. Most systems perform exceptionally well for most applications, when run on the manufacturer’s recommend clock speed.
