ADVANTI LIMITED WARRANTY

 

This describes the official warranty agreement offered by ADVANTI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL W.L.L (“ADVANTI”) to its customers/clients with regards its products and services. By purchasing products from ADVANTI, you agree to comply with the ADVANTI LIMITED WARRANTY terms, as mentioned below:

 

(01) Every item offered by ADVANTI is covered by a one (1) year warranty and is subject to manufacturer terms, usage regulations and conditions except for the following items: Cases, Mouse, Keyboards, Headsets, Speakers and Ink Cartridges / Toners.

(02) Only items that have their complete boxes, CDs, manuals, cables and accessories in pristine condition shall be honored for return / exchange under the warranty. Consumable items such as ink cartridges, ribbons, etc. that have been opened will not be accepted.

(03) Items that have been burnt, or physically damaged in any way, including bent edges and dents, will not be honoured.

(04) Products that will be accepted for RMA should have the serial number label and warranty stickers visible and any such tampering of the above said labels will result in disqualification.

(05) Any unauthorized after-market modification of the products/items will disqualify the warranty.

(06) RMA replacements will be provided within 1-3 weeks for defective items. This timescale differs from product to product, manufacturer to manufacturer. For certain imported/hi-end items, this procedure may take up to 4 weeks.

(07) If a product is returned within 60 days of purchase, we can replace it with the same product, or with another brand/model. After the 60 days period, the returned item will ONLY be replaced with same model, and there will not be a replacement with another brand, model or price-tag.

(08) Any product that was DOA (dead on arrival) or non-functional out of the box, it must be reported and returned within 3 business days of purchase.

(09) All returns will be entertained / honoured only with the accompanying receipt/invoice.

(10) In the unlikely event that we are unable to offer a similar replacement, due to the product being an end-of-life model, we shall replace it with whichever model is closest to being available from the manufacturer. Such a replacement may or may not be proportional to the value of the original product. If replacements are not possible, we will offer a refund based on the current market value of the product.

(11) In the event wherein an RMA replacement is not possible due to the non-availability of replacements, due to discontinued production or lack of supply, we shall offer a refund based on the current market value of the product in question. This refund amount will defer depending on the period of time since purchase.

(12) Replacements maybe provided only during the first year of warranty. In certain cases of extended warranty, the product maybe repaired and a replacement will not be possible in the subsequent period.

(13) Extended warranties on certain products i.e. those that have more than 1 year warranty period, will conform to the following requirements and conditions:

*Cooler Master provides 2 to 5 years depending on the model of power supply.

 

(14) ADVANTI reserves the right to refuse/reject any product for RMA under any circumstances and at any time and is not obliged to explain the reasons behind such decisions.

(15) ADVANTI reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice .
